Does the idea of starting your college applications paralyze you?

What if Applying to college didn't have to be so stressful?

The hardest thing to do is get started, and to know where to start.

You want to apply to college, but you just don't know where to begin.

How do I create my college list?

Should I take the SAT, ACT, both, or neither?

How do I pick a major?

How do I describe my activities so they are memorable?

What do I write about in my personal statement?

How do you get scholarships?

You want some help, you want it to be accurate, and you want it all in ONE place.

And you also want it to be affordable.

I've got you.

I AM READY

Let Me Help You Get There

Imagine having a full roadmap through the college application process...

No more piecing together advice from a dozen sources.

🧭  Application Autoroute gives you the complete roadmap - from planning to submission - in one place.

🧭 It's like having a private college counselor, but at a fraction of the price, without scheduling headaches.

Application Autoroute empowers your teen and gives you peace of mind - so you can stop guessing and start planning 🎓

Whether you're a parent looking to give your teen a competitive edge, or a student who's ready to take charge of their future, this step-by-step masterclass is designed to support both of you through the application process.

Since founding Grays Hall College Counseling, I have worked with hundreds of families, picking up knowledge and excitement along the way. I am constantly learning, to make sure that my clients always have the most up-to-date information.

Application Autoroute is a step-by-step masterclass for college-bound families that streamlines the entire admissions journey - from choosing colleges to submitting applications - designed for proactive parents and motivated students who want expert support and a self-driven guided process.

The course delivers what I go over with my individual clients in 10 modules with separate, bite-sized units within each module.  These cover everything from list building, testing, letters of recommendation, activities, essays, applications, financial aid including scholarships, and what to do after you hit submit.

Students will have access to the course until the end of June, senior year.

Q&A AND LIVE SUPPORT:

  • Another way this course is different is that I hold live office hours on a regular basis so students can ask me questions.

  • They can also ask me questions in the comment section after each unit.

  • Parents will have access to me in the Parent Community where they can get support and share experiences.

THAT'S JUST WHAT I NEED - I'M READY!

WHAT YOU'LL FIND IN APPLICATION AUTOROUTE MASTERCLASS MODULES

Bonjour! I'm Arlette Bolduc

I grew up in 2 small border towns - kitchen in Québec and living room in Vermont - graduated from Harvard and obtained my law degree from Loyola Law School.  I love being outdoors running, swimming, hiking.  I am an avid reader and knitter. But mostly, I LOVE LEARNING AND TEACHING.

So when my son and stepson were applying to college back in 2011, I figured I could help them. Turns out, applying to college is nothing like when I applied, and it became a full-time job.

I realized that I was really enjoying learning about the intricacies and steps required to put together a quality college application, and the research needed to apply to a balanced list of schools.  I made it my mission to become an expert:  I obtained by College Counseling certificate from UCLA, founded Grays Hall College Counseling and started working with students and their families.  That was back in 2012.

Since then, I have gained so much knowledge by having worked with hundreds and hundreds of students applying to college, almost exclusively on a one-on-one consulting basis.  It's been so rewarding to share in student successes, and so humbling to have been part of their journey to their college home.

I realized that I could reach and help even more people by creating Application Autoroute.  It's still all me, filled with the same amount of care and attention as my 1:1 consulting.  The big difference is that it's more affordable, and is self-paced, lending itself with teens' busy schedules.

I am devoted to helping students and their families have as stress-free of an experience as possible, all the while enjoying this exciting time.
